General Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Shipping Times
We need 5-10 business days to handle orders if orders on weekends or public holidays will be delay to the next business day.
And most of our orders need 10-15 business days for transit time.

It takes 3-7 business days to receive via standard shipping method and the free shipping within the United States.

If you have not received your order within the times scales set out here it could be due to postal system failure. If this happens to you, please email our customer service team for further information at support@edelweissday.com
Please Note: Your order may have been split into multiple parcels, this means your parcels may arrive at different times.
Shipping times may vary due to seasonal volume, weather, and, customs/duty processing for international deliveries.
Note: Please ensure that the full name and address are typed or written in English.
We don't recommend the PO Box's address since it is not available to a PO Box. For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes edelweissday to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees edelweissday may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Note:
- Free domestic shipping within the continental USA. Domestic orders outside the 48 continental states: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands are required to pay $10 additional cost.
- We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
- Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from edelweiss-day.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Edelweissday does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
